Technical alarm

hi just wounderin if any1 has had anything to do with scorpion alarms before, my punto has 1 on but its been disconected so everytime i connect it the alarm goes off but it wont shut up, i think it might need resettin but dont no how to do it i tried getting in contact with scorpoin but they were useless any ideas? thanks
