General Alarm Sets/Arms by itself after 30 secs

Hi,

Please can any one help.

The battery recently went totally flat (left unused for 3 months) on our 05 Multipla and after the RAC got us going again the alarm now arms itself after 30 seconds, even when the car iss unlocked. I guess it is just a setting, but does anyone know how to reset the alarm so it only arms itself when you actually lock the car with the remote.
