Technical Alarm not working...75SX

Hiya All,
Need some help.
I have a Fiat Punto 75SX, i brought it this time last year, & all worked fine, then a week ago my alarm stopped working.

On my Key Fob, i'd press the central locking/alarm button..
& the alarm starts beeping, it should just beep once/twice to alert user that the alarm is activated. this no longer happens.

In the right hand top corner of my Windscreen is a keypad, no idea how to use it, or if there is a way to change settings..

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Have you tried to replace the battery in the fob?
If you can, try to do this with the alarm disarmed.

If this doesn't fix it, again make sure the alarm is disarmed, disconnect the cars battery, leave it for 1/2 hour and reconnect. This will reset the alarm in case it has got stuck in a particular mode.

BTW I don't believe this is the original factory fit Fiat alarm, as I don't think this ever had a keypad.
