Anyone got a list of what the led blink count means when the alarm goes off as mine has gone off twice in the last week , when i put the key in it flashed the led 5 times but the owners manual does'nt say what they mean ( it just sez they mean something to FIAT ) .

Yepp, got the list at home - will post later if nobody beats me to it. I assume this is for a std fitted hlx/hgt alarm?

so according to that its the volumetric sensors that detected some noise ? .

Andy, Got the same info as Sven here, so it looks like your sensors are picking up some movement inside the car... furry dice, seat belts winding back, stray cat making itself at home? To confirm, I think you can disable the movement (volumetric) sensors before turning the alarm on - from memory you turn the ignition on and off within 30 seconds (see handbook). There's some info on running the diagnostic check below which might be worth doing (the 'lid' is the Bonnet!) HTH

Thanx for that , confirms what i thought , its a bit bizarre as its only happened since i fitted a leather interior !? , i've got some time at the weekend to have another look .

Hmm. Where it say "Light Constant - Transmitter battery discharged" is this for the RCL fob or some transmitter in the car? As you may have guessed from this after opening my car with RCL the light stays on constant. :S

This one i know , if the light on the dash stays lit it means the batteries in the key fob are low , also you may see that when you press the button on the key that the light comes on solid instead of flashing . I think from memory that batteries are 2* 2032's .
