Technical airbox exchange

can i replace the stock airbox in the mk1 60 with the smaller one in the pic on right side ?
and will it affect anything (as it is smaller in size as well as the smaller air filter) ?
note :: my air box is cracked from downwards and needs replacing

I think the other one may be from aq Cinq Sporting.

In which case, sure. Can't see it making any discernable difference.

right one im not really sure i found it on used parts garage

well that's great but will it increase the performance ,decrease it or no change at all ?

If it did make any difference it would be minute. If worried about power loss just buy a cheap induction kit

You won't be able to tell the difference. I think they both take the same air filter. The one from the lard arse just has a bigger snout!
