Technical Airbag ecu

Hello,
i'm planning to change airbag ecu because MES says that it has internal faults (5 different numbers 163, 164 etc) and MES do not reset erros. So airbag light is on.

Now i need: 5wk43342 ECU and it has also C100 name on it as here: https://www.varaosahaku.fi/image/900/a/85/c8d2cf/path/mnt/newftp/811/fibdb/bild/lgnr/22288(1).jpg

On ebay there's also 5wk43342 ecus that have C404 name...

Do you know are these totally same kind of gadgets?

Hi,
You can check ePer (tab at top of forum page) for applicability but it may only show Fiat numbers.

thank you, it seems that there's no differences with these c404 and c100 names.

Only one code: 51711816 - 505+614

Will see if changing ecu fixes that peep-sound...

just updating this thread....

Airbag-system is now working again. I changed airbag-ecu with 5wk43342 & C404 model and dashboard is now empty again
