Does anyone know if it is possible to get a K&N filter for a fiat panda and the part number for the correct size, and who may stock them.

Yep - loads of places, but Ebay is likely to be cheapest.
If you're not sure of the application (some Ebay listings are a bit weird, so go by the K&N number) go to:

That's the 1.0 engine obviously, but not sure what Panda you're looking to "do".
You can go to suppliers via the K&N website, but they will be more expensive - probably. Somewhere about £35/£40 for the replacement element I'd guess - that's what I paid last time for a 127 one.
