Air con

Hi guys,
I own a 2000 punto hgt and need to get my air con regassed, my dad can do it for me but needs to know how much gas to put in it, does anyone know how much gas it needs? Hannah

Ive rang fiat but didnt think they would give the info out but for anyones future ref it needs 525-575 grams
