Technical Air con operating very low

I have a 2004 Elegance. The Air con is not working efficiently although sometimes it kicks in normally.

It was a question lol

The systems do very slowly leak
If its low on gas, it will work poorly, if its dangerously low the low pressure sensor kicks in and stops compressor working
