Hi i got a problem with my 2005 Stilo JTD 115 dynamic, airn con doesnt start, can bus is ok but the ECU doesnt gives ground to the relay of compressor, i´ve checked the pressure sensor(at the beggining 1v, i force the compressor relay and 3 minutes later the pressure sensor show 5 volt) and all components or air con and all them are ok and it have gas ok, but in MES show 0,000bar pressure for compressor. when i try to activate thru MES the compressor relay says not ready to make the test. also when i try to do proxy gives an error on the clima module. i think the ECU doesnt catch the pressure sensor signal and thats why say not ready and the ac doenst work. Any idea? Thanks in advance!!

It sounds like you have a failing pressure sensor then? Fairly typical / common problem with AC.
If the sensor thinks there's no pressure, even if there is, then the a/c compressor won't be activated.
I presume the sensor feeds (connector blocks are clean and passing current) are okay.
I'd change the sensor and re-gas the system.

hanks guys but the pressure sensor i think works well i have tested on the ECU connector the signal, motor stopped 1volt, motor run and connect the compressor relay, pressure goes up and pressure sensor goes up to 5 volt. i dont know why the ECU doest catch the signal. maybe this volt are wrong? in MES it show 0,000 bar it would show some at least, i think. there is any way to check the ECU pin? is number 75. I mean to check if it is working or taking the signal or why MES show 0,000. there is any easy way to upload pictures??
