Afternoon All:New member calling all !!!!!

Afternoon All.
Just a quick hello to all,had a look across the forum/site, mind blowing wealth of knowledge !!! I may need some assistance regarding Fiat Stilo 2.4 Abarth..?? Having serious problems with heater/display...?? especially when temperatures drop to freezing point,the display will not come on on initial start-up,yet 2 or 3 minutes once started,all display illuminates and heater bounces into life !!!! Any ideas would be appreciated
