it was a long time ago (20 years!) but i used the cheap stuff from b&q.
i removed the roof lining and also filled round the box round the roof and along the edge of the floor.
turned it into a rock hard little car.

Well from DemonTweeks you can get both the OMP and Sparco 'Cinq' cage (8 point bolt in, FIA approved) for about £420 delivered, iirc the sparco was a few £ cheaper. The 'Sei' weld in (8 point, RAC approved) is around £585 delivered.

Unfortunately I couldn't get the overly 'helpful' guy on the phone to give me the price for a Sparco Sei MSA approved cage (10 point possibly weld in) as it wouldn't fit in a Cinq & no net prices for that cage. I personally would think it will fit as I can't see any real differences between the Sei and Cinq once you've removed everything rearward of the dash.

Im putting af cage in my cinq, and I like it as stif as possible.

No unfortunatly, I can't find a drawing or pictures of that cage specifically on-line but I may have seen it without knowing :bang:.
