Bravo Advise on purchasing an interface

I am looking for some help/advice on getting a replacement interface to use with Multiecuscan on
2010 fiat 500 1.2
2010 fiat grande punto 1.2
2010 fiat bravo 1.6 multijet

The listed interfaces for these are
ELM 327 v1.4/2.1/2.2/2.3 interface
OBDLink SX/MX/MX+/LX interface

Are these what I need to get (I have the adapter cables)

I am in Ireland so unfortunately purchasing from Gendan isn't really an option.
I know there are lots listed on Amazon and Ali express but I suspect most of these are unlikely to work 100%

Hello,

For my 2011/2012 Ducato (x250 model, so first launched in 2006) I'm using a bluetooth ST1170 interface. Works fine both with MES on my Windows 10 PC and with Torque lite on my android phone.
