Address book display during recieved call

I can import all my contacts. I can use voice commands & steering controls to call someone from my address book. But when I receive a call, the caller name will not appear unless I remove the country code.

eg.
'Bertie Ahern' appears on screen when I have the no. as 0865551234

But if I use the area code '+353865551234' or '00353865551234' only the number appears...

Any ideas?
