Technical abs module code 86

van suddenly judders once (split second loss of power) on acceleration uphill. Looking at obd in the abs module it lists code 86. Does anyone know what this is.

There are several ABS fault codes that end in 86, but the code format should be a letter followed by four numbers, a hyphen and two more numbers, e.g. C1210-86 or U1700-86. Without knowing the full code, it's not possible to be precise, but all codes ending in 86 seem to relate to invalid signals or implausible data from various ECUs or sensors in the system.
