Technical Abarth 500 P0221 error code

Evening guys, I bought a 2012 abarth 500 a few months back with an intermittent p0221 fault. Car would drive but not give full power, I bought a 2nd hand throttle pedal and fitted it today but still having no joy.

I reset the codes with my solus pro and the car drove great for a few minutes before the MIL came on again.

Anyone have any ideas?

Potentiometer 1 was showing 0.158
Potentiometer 2 was showing 0.077
