A few months ago I had a minor bump, but I haven't heard anything from Endlsleigh, nothing to say the work to the other persons car has been completed or how much it cost what they claimed for etc etc. Is that normaly or do you generally get some sort of written confirmation about it?

also someone bumped me on thursday, I have had a curtisy car delivered, but how long should I expect it to take to hear anything else?

the only time i was update with my bump when the we were fighting it out between me and another driver. I was with those and found them to be really good :) I did thier young drivers policy.

I think if your not contesting you wont hear a thing

I was never updated with any information when i had a small bump when a claim was put in.

Mention it when you come to renew your insurance, as this is the only time i found out the work had been done

I never heard back after a 50/50 was annoyed cosnext renewal time I was asked what the figure was and I didn't know so that held up my renewal, in the end I just guessed!

I rang endsleigh to find out how much it cost, have been promissed a call back etc etc, and all I have received is two copies of next years quote :(

Not a happy bunny they are poo! :(

I've always found Endsleigh a bit odd. I got a quote online when I first heard about them and got a phone call 2 minutes after the quote begging me to go with them.

When it came to renewal time last year I was offered a pretty poor quote yet the (rather nice sounding) woman insisted I couldn't get a better deal.

Yet a phone call and £180 less later I was insured by Churchill by an even nicer sounding woman. Aces.

Lol exact same thing happened to me too, i think Endsleigh are rubbish, they refused to insure my car when i told em i ripped out the poor 1 litre engine and stuck in a 1.4 turbo lump hehe So in the end i went with HIC but i remember Endsleigh would constantly ring me back and beg me to go with them but once i told them the full spec of my car they could not beat my quote or insure me either lol And when my brother was with them and he had his car hit by another driver it took almost a year for them to sort it all out!!!

 F R O $ T Y

Once again i took out a policy on my Fiat Panda 1.2 When i first got it in April 2004, i had no 0 claims and had been driving 5 months. Endsleigh quoted me £1100

i took this policy out, then 2 days after i rang them up to add my partner on to my policy who was male and under 21

the lady on the phone started laughing.... 'oh i cant bear to tell you this, if you want to add your partner to your policy it will be an extra £3850 a year!'

OMG Cancel my policy!

Instead i went with Tesco

Im with Elephant, i had an acident over year ago, (was stationary waiting to turn right , was hit from behind at 40 mph), the claim took 4 months (they gave me an MG ZR as a temporary car).
Im STILL waiting for the injury claim!!!!
