Technical A somekind of a problem with an engine

Hello guys,
I am having a some kind of a strange problem with the engine. This started happening after I've got it back from the auto-shop for replacing the generator and springs. Now the problem is that i cannot go full-throttle, if i press it a little, the car goes and gets the revs all the way , but as soon as I press the pedal more the car feels like it chokes and slows down. I've even tried full-throttling while on neutral, it just goes up to 3k rpm's and lowers and then once again goes up to 3k.

I've never had this kind of a trouble before and it sucks.
I'm sorry if someone already posted this, but i wasn't sure how to search for it on the forums.

No lights light-up after the ignition.

The Punto is Mk1 1997
Engine is Mono injection 1.2litre 44kw

were these problems there before you took it to the auto shop? if not, drive the car back and say that aforementioned problems werent present before repair and they need to fix it free of charge

hello guys, apparently since it got lowered the hose that supplies fuel got bent and couldn't get enough fuel. i feel so dumb
