i own a Cinq sporting which has had just about every fault known to man when i got it.... now restored and like new!!
what it had wrong
handbrake cable snapped
gearbox sycro gone on third
clutch cable snapped 4 times in 3 months!!
clutch pivots snapped 2 times
melted headlight plugs
shorting radiator fan
stereo volume always stuck on full
leaking washer bottles
broken wipers, front and rear
leaking windscreen seal
broken passenger electric window
drivers seat that didnt lock down
erratic central locking
broken door handle
wheel bearing failure
fuel gauge always showing empty
clutch release beaing failure
blown exhaust
thats what i remember, i repaired all that and put loads of new bits, i think i rebuilt the car, minus the engine, which has had no fewer than 3 head gasket scares, at least when i got it, i never neglected it like the previous owner.... i love that car!!
i also own a sei sporting, which i love almost as much, and a punto convertible
if anyone has a problem with cinqs or seis, i've probably had them too!!
