A little help needed ! :o)

Hi guys....a few minor modification questions 4 u !
Can any1 tell me how easy/difficult it is 2 remove the factory fitted gear knob on a 97 HGT. I want 2 replace it with either an Abarth knob & gaiter or maybe a Momo.
Secondly, i want 2 fit my Sony remote 2 my steering column but it seems might difficult 2 get the wire up from the drivers side of the dash 2 behind the stereo aperture. Any ideas/suggestions ?
Thirdly, i would like 2 add a chrome tail pipe 2 my exhaust...nothing 2 big, just something that looks subtle. How easy is this 2 do and would i have 2 modify or change the rear bumper ?
Finally, has any1 fitted replacement white dials on their dash ? If so, how easy was it 2 do so and do they fit/work well ? I saw some in Halfords 4 sale and wanted 2 hear from any1 who has used them.

gear knob,tail pipe

to change the gear knob you need brut force,grab it with to hands and twist it off,ive put an abarth one on my hgt the gear knob looks good put the gaiter looks pants so ive left the old one on,fiat do a chrome trim for the tail pipe it easy to fit
