General A dilemma between UNO models

Hi everyone ,
I new here

In the last year I was thinking about to buy a Fiat Uno and make full restoration.

I have a dilemma between 2 models :
- 1993 Uno 1.4 S70 (carburetor) - 5 doors
- 1994 Uno 1.0 (injectors) - 3/5 doors

I like the 1.4 because the extra features (air conditioner , door panels , electric windows...) but I didn't like the carburetor system , I prefer the injectors .
there any place to my concerns about the carburetor ?
I want to keep the car originaly so I don't want take the featurs to the 1994 Uno ...

I guess you mistake the BOSCH or WEBER monojet injector with a carburettor ?
