General a couple of problems need help

hi have got a couple of problems with my 2004 eleganza auto, firstlt will not go into park so have to start in neutrol, 2nd the passanger window can go up and down with the controls on its side but the drivers side only lets you do the passanger window down not up, and 3rdly the connect nav has stopped working inckuding the phone and everything do i have to update it im not sure. hopefully somebody can help with these things
