Technical ‘89 UNO 45 brake master cylinder identification help sought

I’m trying to find a replacement brake master cylinder for my 1989 G reg mk 1 Uno 45, and the part currently fitted is proving very hard to identify. I’ve tried on line searches, eBay and euro carparts, and they’re all showing the same component, which doesn’t look anything like the item that is currently on the car.

Can anybody identify what it is, and provide a lead to where I can get a new/ reconditioned one?
