after a summer of removing the entire cradle with engine, transmission and front suspension, it's back together just in time to store it for the winter.
removed all undercarriage and sandblasted, painted and re-bushed the entire front end.
went over the engine,too. new valve springs, regrind the valves, surface the head, gaged the bearings and rings.
new timing chains.
upon disassembly, i found the top timing chain had no clip on it. i guessed it was down in the pan but no clip was found. this is roller chain....!
changed to a better transmission, a bit quieter in low gear.
anyone else in the USA have one of these models?
