59 plate grand fiat punto!

Hi, i have recently bought a fiat punto damaged

i have this issue where the petrol cut-off switch has been activated. The car no longer starts i am 99.9% sure that there is nothing wrong with the engine as the damage to the car is on the rear of the vehicle.

Was wondering if anyone new where i can locate the cut off switch on the mk4 2009 fiat grand punto

oh and another thing eventually when it is repaired i wanted to make it a kit car... Any ideas?

There is a page on it in the owners manual... pretty sure the switch is located on the passenger side, just above the bonnet release

there isn't one....


(on early 2006 G puntos it was in the drivers foot well there is a hole to poke your finger through however the newer ones do not have a mechanical reset but via the body computer..... bare with me.... i will get back to you

The following procedure should be carried out to restore
the correct operation of the vehicle:
❒ turn the ignition key to MAR;
❒ activate the right-hand indicator;
❒ deactivate the right-hand indicator;
❒ activate the left-hand indicator;
❒ deactivate the left-hand indicator;
❒ activate the right-hand indicator;
❒ deactivate the right-hand indicator;
❒ activate the left-hand indicator;
❒ deactivate the left-hand indicator;
❒ turn the key to STOP.
