Hi all,

Im getting the injectors tested tomorrow as im suspicious 1 or more aren't firing properly.

But can anyone tell me if i have to replace them do i need to get them re coded? Can someone come out with a lap top and the software and do it on site?

Hi Mat,they need to go back in,in the same order they came out to not need coding.

If the injector is just tested / cleaned then AS LONG AS it goes back in the same cylinder then there will be no problem.

FiatECUScan can read ECU injector values and allows them to be adjusted.

If you replace an injector OR mix/jumble them up then you will need to have them recoded to each cylinder.

Again FiatECUScan can do this.

Also any competant garage WITH professional diagnostic kit should also be able to do this for you. No idea of cost though. Also any Fiat/Alfa dealer should be able to do it as well.
