Technical 500e Cabin Heating Problems and Temperature Setting

Had the car about a month but I have noticed that the cabin temperature gets about 2 to 3 degrees C higher than the set temperature when it is set to Auto (A/C on). I decided to put some temperature sensors in the car to prove this which it did. Interestingly the drivers side gets considerably hotter compared to the passenger side. It is early stages and the dealer has started to investigate and in fact we have tied the same test on a dealer car and it gets even hotter than the set temperature compared to mine!
I am not convinced that changing the temperature sensor is going to solve the problem and feel it is more like a design/software issue. No solution has been proposed yet but I was interested to see if anyone else have the same problem or feel they may have the same problem.

If another car does the same then I'd suggest it's something you live with and just adjust the temperature to what's comfortable. I'm amazed a dealer is even spending time on it if the car isn't drastically over heating/cooling.
