Technical 500C high level brake light access

Hi everyone.

Can anyone give me a guide on how to access the high level brake light on a Fiat 500C?

I need to have access to the wiring that connects the LED/light bulb bar. I have bought a brake pulsing component that I want to install.

I would appreciate some support, I'm new in this forum.
