Styling 500 side stripe damaged

Hi all,
I hope some of you lovely Forum folks can help me.
I just went out to my car at lunchtime and the numpty parked beside me had clearly wanged their car door against my lovely 500 :bang:

Luckily it looks like the paintwork is intact and no denting - but the italia side stripe (the full length sticker one) is missing a big chunk

Does anyone know what's the best way to repair this? Is it possible to get it completely removed and replaced, or do I risk damaging paintwork? Is dealer repair the best option do you think? I know they can be more expensive, but there are few 500s yet in Northern Ireland so I'm not sure who else would have any expertise!

Would much appreciate your help on this!

It will need the complete sticker replaced I'd imagine.

you should be able to get them from dealer and i dont imagine they would be expensive. Or you could try ebay + DIY

Just be careful that they dont sell you the entire sticker kit (like many dealers do)
You can buy just a single side once the stickers option code is identified.

Thanks everyone for the helpful posts . I did think I was going to have to buy a pair, so it's good to know I can buy just one side!

I definitely won't be trying it myself though... I'm not known for my DIY skills!

I'll contact the dealer then and hopefully the price is right.

Solved that one pretty easily actually, have replied to your PM with the sticker option number, part number and retail price.
