Technical 500 headlight chrome bezel clip - fitting

Does anyone have pics / diagrams etc?

I should know, but for the life of me I can't remember how to fit the chrome rings for the headlights. I seem to remember that the clips need to go in a certain way and maybe the headlight itself has to be removed to do it.

Appreciate any help.

Evening Nathan---long time no hear. If I remember correctly the clips are sort of 'U' shaped with wings. The base of the 'U' goes against the headlamp itself and the wings go up under the chrome rim.

I think they are more ‘V’ shaped Tom but I am being very pedantic

I hope all is well & thanks for that... I'll give it a whirl in the morning!

It's good to be back btw, that's one positive about the current situation. I've wheeled the 500 out, gotta a couple of things to finish.

Got a question on the + / - on the dry ignition coils. But I'll do a separate post to make it more easily searchable - (i've got my other engine, that's was rebuilt / blue printed at the same time as the engine in the white Fiat and wanted to start it on the engine frame in the next couple of days )
