General 500 chrome

Hi all just wondering if anyone has got the same problem as me? My 500 (09plate.1.2 lounge with chrome) when washing i have noticed that the chrome on bumpers and mirrors is bubbling up,i tryed to polish at first, then looked closer an noticed all the bubbles. As the car is only just 1yr old i am rather annoyed at this and wil be calling my dealer asap!!!!
