500 ABS pump change

Hi, my fiat 500 ABS pump has been damage in accident, if i fit second hand one will it need reprogramming or not....hope someone can help thanks

Funny enough the 500 is of an age not many 500 ABS units have had to be changed yet

I'd make sure the ECU part numbers match (assuming the ECU is part of the ABS unit like the Panda).
