1.3 M Diesel won’t start having just replaced the thermostat. It meant taking out the battery cradle and ECU attached. Unfortunately it now cranks but doesn’t start - the yellow triangle with padlock is showing on the dash. The ECU sat in the rain whilst I was working on the engine - could water have ingressed? When I plug in my diagnostic tool to the OBDll port it doesn’t connect to be able to diagnose any faults. Have I likely ruined the ECU or is it something simpler? Thank you.
