Technical 5 digit code needed.

Hi All

I am needing to find the 5 digit code to allow me to code a key. I know there is a section for the radio code, but can anyone advise a service for the 5 digit code which was originally provided with the car?

In the UK, it wasn't supplied to the first owner with the car, but retained on a central register.

You can obtain it from a franchised dealer on production of suitable proof of ownership.
