They're Roystyles but not from an MGB. MG's are 4x112 and the Panda is 4x98. Isuzu, Lancia, Alfa, and some old Chrysler models used 4x98 I'd guess the wheels are from an Avenger. Whatever they're from they've been sprayed whilst on the car. That could explain the brake issues.

Poor car, didn't need to see the location to know it was in Essex. :(

"Rare car less than 50 left" so why ruin it? :bang:

Ouch :D

There was an old F*ord Escort Van that used to be seen around the Chelmsford area many moons ago that was covered wheels to roof in pine, tongue and groove effect sticky back plastic.

A fore-runner of todays 'wrap' technique it may have been, but the problem was that it had been done with individual sheets of about A4 size that the chap had obviously bought down the market. As each sheet was identical, there was uniformity across the van where the fake knots were - apart from the sheets that had been put on upside down.

We used to refer to it as "Little Ern" after Erics Morcambes phrase of "you can't see the join".............

Even had it wrapped around the aerial. :D
