Technical 4in2in1 downpipe for 1.4 ie SX

Hi all,

I have a chance to get a stainless steel downpipe 4 in 2 in 1 at a reasonable price (around 100 euro), so I'm wondering to fit it into my Uno (mk2 1.4 ie SX).
The downpipe is for a Uno 1.5 lt.

Is there someone experienced telling me if the downpipe for 1.5 lt engine will fit in my 1.4 lt engine without (or light) modification?

My car has a light engine tuning (lighter flywheel, no cat, open airbox, K&N filter, MSD HV coil, TorqueMaster spark plugs and Supersprint central and final mufflers.
Despite the low price, is the power/torque increment noticeable to justify the effort to get the downpipe and spend some time to install it?

Tuning efforts like this only work when you do the whole program, from intake to exhaust. The angle of the downpipe might be a bit different between 1.4 and 1.5 l OHC. That should not be a big problem.
