Tuning 40mm Tricker TB Fitting Advice

I have just bought a Tricker 40mm TB off Ebay, and hopefully will be fitting it early next week.

It looks pretty straight-forward to change the TB's, but I was thinking more about after.

I just wanted to check that with the new TB, will it need the fuel pressure increasing to compensate? I'm sure that I've read on here somewhere, that the FPR needs turning up slightly, but I can't find the thread.
