Classifieds. Or just get a model engineer to make one. Jenvey will sell you the butterfly.
Anything over 38mm (a few of the Poles run 41.5!) requires sleeving, but P75s are already 38mm (or thereabouts) , so a simple bore job isn't really worthwhile.

didn't realise you had to sleeve the Tb over 38 mm...
shouldn't be too difficult to make up though!!
