Styling 3p sporting spoiler on 5p normal mk2

I wanted to know if it is possible to mount the spoiler of the Punto Sporting mk2 3 doors in the normal Punto mk2 5 doors. I know that lack the holes in the rear window, only this? The backdoor are the same?

Since the 3door punto has a different bootlid to the 5doors
I wouldnt be confident in saying it'd fit

As for no holes in not uncommon, as only sporting (active sportings / sportings / hgt) came with them if specified from factory

Most people - use a product called tiger seal to ""stick"" them to the car and then secure with masking tape while it sets
