I had and now having again the exact same issues in a 2018 Fiorino. Sent the DPF for a backflush cleaning 30k km ago and the error code did not come back, although it made those active regens (fan on and for about 30 minutes). Now it is showing the code again.
I am noticing the dpf temp sometimes spikes on highway runs and also it randomly feels something is cutting power from the engine. I am going to try to inject some of that cleaning foam into the dpf to see if it helps but i suspect the problem lies in the egr.
Did you solved the issue with a new turbo? Did the error came back gain?
