Technical 263 2.0D multijet clutch

Good Evening

I have a 2010 2.0 diesel 263 van and the gears are getting difficult to engage. It's done 84,000 miles. I'm suspicious of the clutch. Can anyone please tell me if there is any form of adjustment, whether it's cable or hydraulic or if there's a dual mass flywheel involved.

Any observations would be appreciated.

Is it possible this engine and gearbox is used in another model? If so which one would be comparable.

I had lots of quotes to replace the clutch. 3 local (to me) wanted over £1400 to do it! Which did seem a bit extravagant...

I got it done for £946 inc flywheel and slave cylinder. RAC approved garage so should be a proper job.
