Technical 2020 Ducato DPF

Hi,

I am looking for a bit of advice on the removal of the DPF on a 2020 Fiat Ducato. Does the DPF come off at the Turbo and what sort of job is this to remove??

Any advice would be appreciated.

Barry,
we normally ask for as much info as possible eg year or manufacture and registration size bhp. In your case it could easily be one of 3 very different engines
2.3 twin egr no ad blu
2.3 single egr Adblu
2.2 Adblu no dip stick (not sure about no dip stick could be later)

The van is a 2.3 single EGR AdBlue

The DPF on my 2017 2.3 150 was removed as part of a Fiat recall to replace an EGR fitting located behind it. It appeared fairly straight forward but the vehicle was on a lift and the subframe was removed.

Did you get it fixed I'm having the same problems now with the error code P2002? I read somewhere that there was a batch of sensors thar were faulty and replaced by Fiat as a recall

Hi Drobbly - did you get any further with this - I have a 2017 Ducato 2.3 multijet twin egr with P2002 errors - did you find out about whether there was a recall for faulty sensors? Many thanks.
