Technical 2018 fiat Ducato x250 Flashing mileage

Hi, can someone please help me? My friend has a 2018 Fiat Ducato X250, and it just started flashing the mileage on the cluster. but no fault code when it was flashing only after we took out the battery. We tried to take out the battery for an hour, but it didn't work, and it then displayed a new fault, which is the airbag light, which is now only faulty code U1726-86. Any ideas on how to fix it? It will not delete the fault code with a code reader.

Proxi alignment is not just for ducato .
It is for lots of can bus based systems.

Proxy alignment required diagnostic equipment, dealer will do, local garage may have suitable equipment. DIY with computer and MES.
Your issues were created by incorrect disconnection and reconnection of battery. A specified sequence must be followed. If not followed there is a chance the air bag computer and other modules can be damaged or confused.
It's very likely your airbag computer module is damaged. Contact Crashdata, they may be able to repair, alternative is dealer at around £500.
The drivers handbook has a warning regarding battery disconnection . The negative must be removed first, only after 2 minutes after all doors and windows closed, ign key off. Increase time to 6 minutes if ign has been on. Reconnect with doors closer, pos first then negative. Wait 60 seconds before power on or doors open.
The issue is that the modules start to power up as soon as a door is opened and power down after a delay when doors are closed. If there are voltage changes during power up/down you may get problems.
