Technical 2015 500s cruise control?

New here and wasn't too sure where to go as Google didn't have the answer!

I have a 2015 plate Fiat 500S and it does not have cruise control as standard and I cant actually seem to find any cruise control "versions" of my car, I can however find cruise control add on's for my car..

Is it possible that these will actually work? And if they do how is it fitted to the car?

Welcome, yes it is possible to add cruise, as there's no physical connection from the accelerator pedal to engine all the box needs to do is keep the engine speed the same( a very simplified explanation )

I have just fitted an Autostrada cruise control to our 2014 500S and it works just like factory ones, holds set speed + or - 1 kph on a fairly flat road. Although in Sport mode it does give a burst of acceleration initially to about 3 kph over before settling to the set speed. It has a piggy back plug into the throttle pedal, soldered wires onto the ignition switch and diagnostics connector, and drill a hole in the steering column shroud for the stalk. It's Australian made but I don't know if they are sold in Europe.

The 500 wasnt sold with it as a UK option,or the panda..

You can have Aftermarket systems fitted though.. cost appears to be @£450/£500

We are looking to get our 2013 panda fitted with cruise.

The place in Britol was supposedly far cheaper.. the Aus system looked interesting too
