Hello,
I'm new to this. I am looking for some help with electrical issues!
The problem started last September when for no apparent reason the Engine Management Light came on. It put the motorhome into limp mode and I got it home. It was due its service in the next few days so I told the garage. They said the warning light indicated that the turbo was failing. They reset the warning light and completed a service. After that, it seemed fine as I drove it several hundred miles from Dover to Portsmouth and back and no issues.
In November, the light came back on, and it was the same code. I contacted a garage and a new turbo was installed. I drove the motorhome for about 5 miles and it seemed fine. A week later the light came on again, with the same 'turbo' code. The garage who fitted the turbo came back and suggested an electrical issue was causing the issue, possibly a fraud or chewed part of the wiring loom.
They have investigated this and can't find any breaks in the wiring loom, but have found other issues along the way. They have replaced a fuse board that had slightly melted and now say the ECU or Instrument cluster needs looking at....
Just wondered if anyone else has had this issue or similar and how it was fixed?

@Doubletree may I welcome you to the forum, but due I think to your inexperience, you have created two threads relating to the same problem. This is neither good practice, or etiquette, and may cause confusion.
May I suggest that you keep all related posts on on your other thread, https://www.fiatforum.com/threads/i-need-help.521940/ and follow my suggestion to supply the base vehicle details.
