Panda 2007 - Electroclash Grey - Fiat Panda 100HP

Introduction

This is my only car, the front bumper is cracked on nearly every side, and I cannot source one for cheap or in the right colour. The rear number plate is crooked, one of the doors has a scrape down it. But I absolutely love it and would not trade it for anything else :).
Have you thought about other options for the bumper?
I am thinking that you can inject epoxy into the cracks in the bumper with clear epoxy, then sand it down to be smooth and just spray a few layers of primer on it. It doesn't have to be perfect, just smooth. Learn how to fix the scrape on the door with videos on youtube.com using touch-up paint and a few sheets of fine sandpaper. Then you could have the doors and bumper wrapped, too. If the wraps are done well, they will last several years. You could get an estimate for the wrap before doing anything else, if you don't want to do that yourself.

Wheeler dealers was on over the weekend

Mike found some that did plastic welding. They used hot nitrogen and a fill rod to stich it back together.

only on in the background so wasn't paying attention to to it so can't tell you which episode. But the finished article was as good as new.

Even though they are in the USA no doubt there are similar UK specialist's

100HP front bumpers cost silly money. However you can fit a "standard" Panda Bumper, add the spats and splitter and the look is very acceptable. I did this when a deer destroyed my original but would recommend it as a way to keep your unobtanium original clean & safe. Just swap it out and store safely. You can put it back when you sell the car.
