2005 mk2b head unit harness question.

I've been having a bit of an epic with replacing my 2003 Mk2b punto head unit with an aftermarket model.
Apparently I need an adapter cable which changes around some of the power cables. But I can't seem to find the right adapter. The one I was supplied by one seller is literally just an extension cable, which I happen to know just leads to a blown fuse.

Can anyone point me in the direction of the appropriate harness adapter? I've tried every google search I can think of, and either come up dry, or more confused than I was before.

Hi , I have read thru lots of guides on how to do this and yesterrday I fitted my new car radio / cd player .Without overcomplicating things as others have done I'd like to offer advice with one major issue.If you follow my guide you have to turn off the player using on/off switch when you leave car,otherwise you can flatten the battery.Here's what I did ; on the new cd player find the red and yellow cables.Carefully cut a 1cm section of the plastic surrounding each cable at a point where the wires can be twisted together.....then solder the wires together and wrap with insulating tape.Job done!
