Hello all. The ABS & ASR lights on my motorhome recently came on & the Multiecuscan program located the fault to the right rear speed sensor which I then replaced. After a test drive the lights had gone out but after driving a longer distance the lights came on again but go out each time I restart the engine. I scanned it again & the program says there is an intermittent fault; the right rear speed sensor value is too high & the front left load solenoid value is too low. Any ideas what the solution is please?

Hi,, see my post here-

https://www.fiatforum.com/ducato/447611-abs-light-brake-failure-more-thoughts-all.html

amd other related posts for this and no connecting with ABS unit with multiecuscan. I ended up at Fiats and got it fixed, was told it was a bad earth, but the guy who did the job did not come out and see me before I had to get going. I believe it may have been an issue in one of the connector blocks that plugs in to ABS unit- dirty, corroded usual fiat guff that they are very prone to I should think. Still ok for now tho. I also believe that those 2 lights denote a fault with the front/rery electronic brake force distributor valve. My vehicle is a 3 axle motorgome BYW, also 2.8JTD X244, yr2005.

Check connector fir water ingress, check the spade connector that plugs into. The bottom of the engine bay fusebox for corrosion.

Thanks for the replies - will check these points - when it stops snowing!
