I'm an old BMW fan. Bought, sold, repaired, loved, crashed etc.... mainly 5 series E34 & 7 Series E32 & E38.
Made the move to Spain last year & needed a practical roomy car/van that was eco & had aircon. My Dad has been driving Multiplas for years & loves them. From what i seen they're not without their faults but show me a car without faults these days.
People think it's an ugly car, I don't. In fact I look at it sometimes & think it looks really cool & there's nothing like it. A bit like my old Saab 900. They're pretty unique too.
Anyway, I've had my fair share of issues, break downs & now I need to replace the rear axel as the left wheel is out of line. The owner before me must have given it a smack.
I plan to hold on to it for a while yet & may be i'll even buy another slightly newer, cleaner & slightly more powerful version next time. I don't want the newer facelift model. I prefer the old classic Frog Look (As some call it)
Anyway, this was supposed to be a hi & I've gone on. Anyone that can point me in the right direction as to where all the cool people (Multipla owners) hang out would be greatly appreciated.
