Hi, I want to remove the catalytic converter or at the very least look into cleaning it out to improve the flow....
2002 Fiat Punto 1.2 8Valve 60 BHP. The vehicle is in storage long ways from me, so I can't get to it presently to look at exact specs..
My question is what size diameter is the exhaust....
It can't be more than 1 3/4" in diameter. If I use a ultra high flow catalytic (100 cell count) it may improve performance in this small vehicle.
Is 1 3/4" inlet/outlet diameter catalytic sufficient....
someone told me they measured 42 mm diameter on the exhaust for this vehicle.....
1 3/4" is more than suitable then judging by this.
